Returns & Refunds Policy

 

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

Items must be unused and in original packaging. Evidence of non-tampering, including but not limited to, photos and video may be required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Clearance or discounted items, digital goods, and hygiene products, perishable goods, and customer-damaged products are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Payment processing fees are non-refundable once an order is placed. If a cancellation or refund is requested after fulfillment has started, a non-refundable supplier restocking fee may be assessed. If a cancellation or refund is requested after shipment, standard return policy applies. Funds for approved refunds will be issued back via original payment method.
